Mr. Berard interrupted our first meeting twice to answer his cell phone. The second time he talked to the caller about a boat he wanted to buy in Montana. What a A-hole! Then he gave me wrong information about my IRAs and the legal requirements for local estate taxes. When I confronted him about the discrepancy on the phone he hung up on me. I am glad I got out of there before I helped pay for his new boat.
