	2/23/11	3	1	1	1	Steven is very unprofessional. He answered phone calls during our personal tax appointment. His office space is a mess with documents everywhere. He dresses unprofessional and doesn't look the part. It took him an excessive amount of time to do our taxes (we have a standard return, with no complex income or deductions). We tried mailing in our returns to him the previous year and it took over 2 months to complete the return! We never received a courtesy call about the return and we constantly left messages on his voicemail that were never returned. I would NOT recommend his accounting services to anyone. Extremely poor work ethic and it seemed he did not care about us as a client. We are NOT returning as personal tax clients.
