Absolutely horrible. He has been preparing my family business return for years. Then I had him prepare a few simple personal returns and discovered that he made countless mistakes. I got lucky the first time and caught and corrected his mistake, unfortunately CCRA caught the next (a $4,000 oversight on Richard’s part that had to come out of my pocket). He shows no interest in helping, listening to, or discussing issues/resolutions with clients. After this CCRA occurrence I’m afraid to think of what he’s missed with the business returns. I definitely do NOT recommend his services and am actively seeking a new C.A.
