Rushed me through all of my appointments, and had a very brusque, I'm-too-busy-to-deal-with-clients demeanor. Never bothered to ask me some very pertinent questions which I now realize could have led to discovering deductions which have since saved me a lot of money. Also missed one very basic, glaring deduction - that I was only made aware of by my new accountant - which probably cost me quite a bit. After a few returns I was referred by a friend to an ex-Price Waterhouse Coopers accountant who did such an incredibly thorough job of my taxes she literally saved me thousands of dollars that I had handed over to the government for years due to Mr. Gigan's ineptitude. I would not recommend this firm.
