these people are arrogant and get very defensive when their work is questioned. Getting past the receptionist to ask any questions is impossible, and they will not return calls.
RUDE, ARROGANT, DISRESPECTFUL, DEMEANING over a simple mistake and follow-up.
My wife's family has known Craig for years. At first, we were impressed that he was able to find several deductions we didn't even know existed. Although he didn't really seem super knowledgeable about all the current laws and such, we overlooked that when things fell into place and it turned out he was getting us a refund.
Then Craig Curtis' partner sent in our paper return without asking for our signatures and without our W-2s. This ended up costing us TWO FULL MONTHS on getting our refund, and my wife had to spend HOURS on the phone with the IRS.
They never responded to our messages. Finally my wife called to see what was going on. Craig was EXTREMELY rude to her, demeaning and disrespectful, basically treated her like an idiot. We just wanted to know what happened. He kept asking her "What percentage of this is our fault?" What a jerk.
