Our association recently changed to Oxygen Association Services after meeting with Karen Lippman. We are very happy with the property manager she placed onsite as well as the accounting work being done by her. We definitely would recommend Karen Lippman and Oxygen Association Services. |

Karen does excellent work. We've used Lippman and Lippman for the last 3 years, and have been very happy. I'm also glad that she split with her ex-husband, so that we no longer have to deal with him, and get to work exclusively with Karen. Also, her staff is tremendous and very helpful. Often times, they will send emails over the weekends to us, which is much appreciated. |

We have used Karen for the last 5 years. When we came to her our books were in a complete mess and now they are organized and accurate. I highly recommend her. |
