Have been using Paul for several years for both business and personal accounting. He is up front with what I can/cannot do and helpful with general information so that I understand why certain things are happening. When mistakes have been made (rare) he has taken care of the penalties for me. He has done things at the last minute for me (my fault) and made sure that they made the deadlines. I respect his knowledge and his honesty very much.
