There was extensive financial discovery on my part, including subpoenaed documents and hours of litigation. Imagine my surprise when his final analysis ignored every bit of data confirmed in a deposition and relied instead on a "guesstimate" (actual word he used) and a statement of what the business owner "said" the business was worth.
