Extremely dissatisfied with the performance of Ken and this firm during the audit - while priding themselves on professionalism and courtesy, Ken came across as immature at times. Additionally, when faced with accounting questions I had, he was unable to provide adequate answers/solutions. The firm, in general, does not appear to have noticed the downturn in the economy (continuing to bill at their standard rates).
